The Final Construction Update!

We have a move in date! On Friday April 27th we'll be moving into the house for four to six weeks to oversee the fine details - punch list, A/V system, furniture, landscaping, etc. Next week is a full week of inspections and we are anticipating the conditional certificate of occupancy to be awarded on Thursday. That's a few days later than we thought last week due to the back-ordering of some can lights which arrive early next week.

So, this is the final "construction" update. We'll be updating the blog regularly, of course, with news and new photos as the interior design and landscaping progress. The hot tub gets delivered on Wednesday, so there'll be photos of that next week too.
